with it. It applies when you visit 4surco.com, submit an inquiry, schedule a strategy call,

We collect the information you choose to give us through forms, scheduling tools or direct
communication. That usually includes:
- Name
- Email address
- Telephone number
- Business or company name
- Project information, such as budget range, timeline or the services you are considering
- Anything else you choose to include in your message
You decide how much to share. If you would rather not use a form, you can email us directly.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, this site and the service providers that help us run it may collect
technical information about your visit:
- IP address
- Browser type and version
- Device type
- Operating system
- Referring page or source
- Pages visited and time spent on them
- Approximate location derived from IP address
- Interactions with the website, such as clicks and form starts
Payments
Customer payments are not currently processed directly through 4surco.com.
Clients are invoiced separately, and any payment information is handled through the applicable
invoicing or payment provider under that provider's own terms and privacy practices. This
website does not collect card numbers or bank account details.
Analytics and advertising technologies
4Surco LLC may in the future use:
- Google Analytics
- Meta Pixel
- TikTok Pixel
These are not necessarily active at the time you read this policy. When and if they are
enabled, they may collect device and browser information, website activity, referral information
and interactions, and use it for analytics, attribution, advertising measurement, audience
creation and retargeting. Where these technologies are optional, they load only after you allow
the matching category in our
Cookie Policy preferences.
How we use information
- Responding to inquiries
- Scheduling consultations and strategy calls
- Communicating with prospective and current clients
- Providing our services
- Managing contracts and invoices
- Improving the website
- Understanding website traffic and performance
- Measuring marketing effectiveness
- Advertising 4SURCO services
- Security and fraud prevention
- Meeting our legal and recordkeeping obligations
When information is disclosed
We share information with the service providers we use to run the website and the business.
That includes hosting, form handling, scheduling, email, communications, analytics and
advertising providers. They receive only what they need to perform their function for us.
4Surco LLC does not sell personal information for monetary
consideration.
If advertising technologies such as Meta Pixel or TikTok Pixel are enabled, information may be
disclosed to those platforms for analytics, measurement, audience building or advertising
purposes. Under some state privacy laws, that kind of sharing for cross-context behavioral
advertising can be treated as a "sale" or "share" even where no money changes hands. You can
control those categories at any time through Cookie Preferences in the footer.
We may also disclose information where required by law, to enforce our agreements, or to
protect the rights, safety and property of 4Surco LLC, our clients or others.
Cookies and similar technologies
Essential technologies operate as necessary for the website to function and to remember your
privacy choices. Analytics and advertising technologies are optional and are controlled through
the preferences panel described in our Cookie Policy.
Some browsers transmit a Do Not Track signal. There is no common industry standard for how to
respond to it, and this website does not currently respond to Do Not Track. Where legally
required, we do honor recognized opt out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control for
the categories those signals cover.
How long we keep information
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose it was collected:
running the business, delivering services, administering contracts, resolving disputes, keeping
accurate records and meeting legal obligations. Inquiries that do not become engagements are
kept for a limited period and then deleted. You can ask us to delete an inquiry sooner.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, organizational and technical measures to protect the
information in our care. No method of transmission over the internet and no method of electronic
storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Privacy requests
If you have a privacy question, or you want to access, correct or delete information you have
given us, email info@4surco.com. We may need to verify your
identity before acting on a request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a
privacy right.
Children
This website and our services are intended primarily for businesses and are not directed to
children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If
you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the business, the website, the technology we use or the legal
requirements change. The effective date above shows when this version took effect.

Cookie Policy
Effective September 23, 2026 · 4Surco LLC
This policy explains how 4Surco LLC uses cookies, pixels, tags, local storage and similar
technologies on 4surco.com, and how you control them.
A cookie is a small text file a website stores on your device. A pixel is a small piece of
code that records that a page or an action loaded. Both are ways of remembering something
between one page and the next.
The categories we use
Essential · always active
Required for the website to work. These handle core functionality, security, load balancing
and remembering the privacy preferences you set here. Without them the site cannot function
properly, so they cannot be switched off. They are not used for advertising.
Analytics · optional
Intended for tools such as Google Analytics when enabled. These help us
understand how many people visit, which pages hold attention and where the experience breaks
down. This category is off until you turn it on.
Advertising & marketing · optional
Intended for tools such as the Meta Pixel and the TikTok
Pixel when enabled. This category is off until you turn it on.
Google Analytics, Meta Pixel and TikTok Pixel may be implemented in
the future and are not necessarily active at the time you are reading this. The
preferences panel exists so that your choice is already recorded and respected on the day any of
them is switched on.
What advertising technologies do when enabled
If and when Meta or TikTok tracking is enabled, and you have allowed the advertising
category, those technologies may be used for:
- Campaign measurement
- Attribution
- Audience creation
- Retargeting
- Advertising effectiveness
Your choices
When you first arrive you can choose Essential only, open
Customize to set Analytics and Advertising independently, or choose
Accept all. Non-essential scripts do not load unless the matching category is
allowed.
You can change your mind at any time. The Cookie Preferences link in the
footer reopens this panel, and your new choice replaces the old one immediately.
Your browser also lets you block or delete cookies directly. Blocking essential cookies may
stop parts of the site working.
How long choices last
Your preference is stored on your own device so the site can honor it on your next visit.
Clearing your browser data clears it, and you will be asked again.

Terms & Conditions
Effective September 23, 2026 · 4Surco LLC
4surco.com is operated by 4Surco LLC. By using this website you agree to these Terms. If you
do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
4SURCO provides content production, marketing, social media, advertising, strategy and
related creative services to businesses.
What this website is
Everything on this website is informational and promotional. It is not a binding guarantee of
pricing, availability, deliverables, timelines or results. Packages, rates and scopes shown here
are starting points and are confirmed in writing before any work begins.
Submitting a form, emailing us or scheduling a strategy call does not by itself create a
client relationship. A client relationship begins only when the applicable agreement or proposal
is signed and the required initial payment is made.
Client agreements control
Signed client agreements, scopes of work and proposals govern the services actually
delivered.
If anything in these website Terms conflicts with a signed client agreement
regarding a client engagement, the signed agreement controls.
Payments
4SURCO does not currently accept client payments directly through this website. Payments are
handled through separately issued invoices and the payment methods identified there.
No guarantee of marketing results
Marketing, advertising, social media, content production and SEO outcomes depend on many
factors outside our control, including platform algorithms and policies, auction dynamics and
ad costs, market conditions, seasonality, competition, your pricing and offer, your sales
process and response times, and the accuracy of information you provide.
4SURCO does not guarantee leads, sales, followers, views, impressions, engagement, revenue,
search rankings, conversions or any other business outcome unless a specific outcome is
expressly guaranteed in a signed written agreement. Figures shown anywhere on this site describe
past work for specific clients and are not a promise of comparable results.

Third party trademarks, logos, brand names and client materials shown in portfolio work
remain the property of their respective owners and appear to identify the work performed.
Ownership of deliverables created for a client is governed by that client's signed agreement.

govern the services provided under that agreement.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so parts of this section
may not apply to you.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Effective September 23, 2026 · 4Surco LLC
This page summarizes how cancellation, termination and rescheduling work for 4SURCO
engagements, so you know the shape of it before you sign anything.
The applicable signed client agreement controls if its terms differ
from this website policy.
Monthly retainers
Onboarding fee
A $500 onboarding fee applies to monthly retainer engagements. Onboarding
happens before recurring production and services begin, and covers custom business and brand
research, market and competitor research, audience research, strategic planning, content
planning, production planning, workflow and account preparation, and related setup.
Because that work is performed up front and is specific to your business, the onboarding fee
is non refundable once onboarding work begins.
Initial term and notice
For the Essentials, Growth, Scale and Producer retainers:
- The initial minimum term is three consecutive service months.
- After the initial term, services continue month to month until terminated.
- Either the Client or 4Surco LLC may terminate for convenience with 30 calendar
days' written notice.
- Notice may be given during the initial term, but a client termination cannot take effect
before the end of the required initial term.
- Fees remain due through the effective termination date.
Monthly fees and deliverables
Monthly fees are generally non refundable once the applicable service month has begun. Unused
monthly deliverables, sessions or production time do not roll over and are not refundable,
except where required by law or stated in the signed agreement.
If 4Surco LLC terminates without cause
We will:
- Provide 30 calendar days' written notice
- Continue contracted services through the effective termination date
- Return any prepaid recurring service amounts covering periods after that date
Termination for material breach, nonpayment or other cause is governed separately by the
signed client agreement and may permit earlier suspension or termination.
One time projects
One time projects generally require a 50% deposit. The deposit reserves
production capacity on our calendar and allows pre production and planning to begin. The
remaining balance is generally due no later than the scheduled shoot or session date, and before
final deliverables are released.
Rescheduling
- You may request one reschedule with no rescheduling fee by giving at
least 30 calendar days' written notice, subject to our availability.
- The deposit transfers to the approved new date.
- Reschedule requests made within 30 calendar days of production may be subject to a
rescheduling fee of up to 25% of the total project fee.
- Additional reschedule requests may also be subject to a fee.
Cancellation by the client
If you cancel a one time project entirely, the deposit is forfeited to compensate 4SURCO for
the reserved production capacity and the work and preparation already performed, except where
otherwise required by law or stated in the signed agreement.
Third party costs you approved that cannot be cancelled, such as location fees, permits,
talent, equipment rental or licensing, may remain your responsibility.
Cancellation by 4Surco LLC
If we cancel a one time project for reasons other than client breach, we will give as much
advance notice as reasonably possible and, when circumstances allow, aim to provide
approximately 30 days' notice. You may then choose to:
- Apply eligible amounts paid toward a mutually agreed rescheduled date, or
- Receive a refund of amounts paid for services that will not be performed
Written notice
Cancellation, termination and rescheduling notices should be sent to
info@4surco.com. Please include the business name and the
engagement or project the notice relates to. The notice period starts from the date we receive
it.
Refund timing
Where a refund is due under the applicable agreement, 4Surco LLC will generally initiate the
approved refund within 10 business days. Bank and payment provider posting
times vary and are outside our control.

Accessibility Statement
Effective September 23, 2026 · 4Surco LLC
4Surco LLC is committed to providing a website experience that is accessible and usable by as
many people as reasonably possible, including people with disabilities.
What we do
We continue to review and improve the accessibility and usability of 4surco.com, and we use
recognized accessibility guidance, including the relevant Web Content Accessibility Guidelines
(WCAG), as a reference while designing and building the site.
In practice that means we pay attention to readable text and color contrast, clear focus
indicators for keyboard navigation, meaningful labels and alternative text, respecting the
reduced motion setting on your device, touch targets that are comfortable on a phone, and
content that reflows without horizontal scrolling.
What we do not claim
Accessibility is ongoing work rather than a finished state. We do not claim that this website
is fully compliant with every accessibility standard or that it is free of barriers. Some
third party integrations embedded in the site, such as scheduling tools, video players, maps and
social platform content, are built and controlled by other companies and may present
accessibility limitations we cannot directly fix.
If you hit a barrier
If you experience difficulty using any part of this website, please email
info@4surco.com. Tell us the page or feature involved and
what happened, and include the browser or device you were using if you can.
We will make reasonable efforts to assist you and, where appropriate, to provide the
information or an equivalent alternative another way.
